The A2F Portable Filter System is designed for on-site preventive maintenance of fluid systems.
Two/ Three high capacity filters are used, with fluid passing through a primary clean-up filter and then through the final filter giving effective contaminating control.

Two/ Three high capacity filter, complete with indicator. Filters incorporate standard A2F media. From 3 to 74 micron absolute. 28 I / min. pressure balanced gear pump. Robust all welded steel trolley 28 LPM. Up to 58 LPM. Complete with drip tray and rubber - tyred wheels. Complete with stowable hoses. Compatible with hydraulic oils, coolant fluids and petroleum-based fluids.

Most contaminants in hydraulic or lube oil system are invisible and this damaging particulate false into 5 to 40 micron size ranges. A normal human being with normal vision can see best up to 40 microns, hence some other means is to be used a monitor fluid conditions.it system has its own optimum cleanliness level depending on the number and types of valves actuators system pressure flow rates viscosity and other factors.
To select a filter is a two step process. first to collect the data of operation and best on this the filter media.
Hydraulic filters are design using pre filter media's for suction stenless still mesh is used for pressure line and for absolute quality of filter. Borocilicate micro glass fiber paper is used and for return line and low-pressure filtration impregnated cellulose paper being used.

In borocilicate micro glass fiber paper the filtration ranges from 1 to 25 micron bita ratio between 75 to 200.

With 30 l/m pressure balance gear pump having 0.5 kW capacitor start electric motor. Regied and robust welded still trolley with tray and caster wheels. Compatible for coolant petroleum fluits hydraulic oils for other applications MOC will change hence request to contact factory.

SUCTION STRAINER FILTERS :

Elements can be re-used after manual cleaning with brush and cleaning agent. Wash filter with cleaning liquid from the inside to the outside to remove coarse external contaminants in a separate cleaning tank.
