The A2F FILTER pure gas filter consists of a 1.4404(316l) stainless steel housing. The housing is electro polished from the inside and has a surface finish fo Ra = 0.8. Inside the housing features a multiplayer, a medium that provides an absolute retention of particles up to 0.01mm. The A2F FILTER ultrapure filter is preferred in the electronic industry as a point of use filter for gases like oxygen, argon, helium or nitrogen.

CF-EG filter housings have been developed for the purification of compressed air or other technical gases in the pharmaceutical industry, biotechnology or chemical industry. The housings of the CF-EG product series compose of clamp connection (multiple housing flange) with electro-polished surfaces finish of Ra 0.8mm. The condensate drain at the bottom side of the housing and the de-aeration at the top side are equipped with pharma valves. Numerous different sizes of housings with various connections make it possible to adopt the filter system to the needed requirements. In this product series are 14 different size of housings for operating volume flows of 705 to 2.700m3/h related to 1 bar(a) (4.5 to 1.600 scfn re;ated tp 14.7 psia) available. The A2F FILTER plug connection guarantees that the elements remain safely fixed at all times. Due to the ultra filter modular design different filter elements can be used in a housing as needed i the application. The range confers pre-filters as well as senile depth-or membrane filters with retention rates down to 0.01mm. A2F-II Polyester Filter

A2F -II offer best economical solution for applications when depth filtration is required. A2F -II is high heat resistant, binder free polyester Filter Cartridge. No swelling with liquids including oils. Long service life, no media migration. Thermally bonded three dimensional structure. Can be continuously used @ 150.C maximum and can be Steam sterilized. Different fiber diameter differentiates micron rating 1µ through 50µ.

A2F - Carbon Filter

Fits all standard conister filtration systems. Depth pre-filter removes sediment to extend the life of the carbon. Acid washed Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) combined with microfiber contains no resin binders to impede filtration. Coconut shell carbon effectively reduces chlorine taste and odor and assist in the reduction of chloramines and turbidity. Plastisol end caps eliminate the need for separate gaskets. FineFlow Filter PP, PES,PTFE
