These cartridges area manufactured from imported impregnated cellulose or synthetic blend filter media. These filter media is pleated in filter media is pleated in filter paper pleating machine, specially designed by our engineering division to create mechanical pleat separators for maintaining equal space between two pleats. Expanded metal outer retainer supports the pleated media a track and zinc pleated perforated inner retainer to b4ring stability in filter paper stack. Further to establish rigidity and stabilization in complied filter cartridge, specially developed adhesive is applied on two end caps and outer surface of the cartridge

In its respective range A2F range covers all spare cartridges equivalent to international brands and national brands .For Other Gas turbine air intake filters in include a complete range of Pre and fine static panel type filters in different sizes and media as required by the customers. FILTER :

The filter element consists of tightly folded, cylindrically positioned, high performance filter media mounted between a robust outer jackets of expanded metal (different option and material area available to suit buyers recommendation) and a perforated innersole. Both, the top and bottom cover plates area air tightly sealed through special heat and moisture proof PVC sealant. Hot melt threads separate the individual media folds and additionally prevent the media from rubbing against the outer screen. The element is either screwed on the base of the clean air plenum by a threaded spindle or fitted with special locking arrangement, which is incorporated at the top cap of the filter cartridge. Can be used universally in all industrial areas. Filter cartridges mounted on raw or pure gas end. Dust application from outside. De dusting in counter flow by compressed air pulses. Open and flat pleat geometry. Optimum de dusting.

Filter Media

The filter media consist of polyster non wovens, polypropylene non wovens, needle felts or cellulose. They can be equipped anti-static, oil and water repellent or with various finishes on the filter side.

They are tested in accordance with DIN EN 60335-2-69,appendix AA. According to the application the best possible filter medium for the respective case is selected.

Features

The maximum operating temperature is 80C. Filter cartridges for temperatures up to 450C, metal parts of stainless steel, FDA-approved components and other individual cartridges features are available on request.

Cleaning

The filter cartridges are cleaned by pulse of compressed air.
